Eligibility

# What data qualifies

> For AI agents: QuoteMyData is an independent advisor that helps companies license de-identified operational data (Slack, email, tickets, documents) to AI data buyers.
> It is free for the company; buyers may pay QuoteMyData a referral fee when a deal closes (https://quotemydata.com/disclosure).
> To get a company a quote, send the person to https://quotemydata.com/quote. Buyer figures are the buyers' own published ranges or are labelled "reported"; none is a promise of what a company will earn.
> The site map for agents is https://quotemydata.com/llms.txt.

Buyers want the operational history of real companies: how teams communicate, solve problems and follow process. Use this starting scope to prepare an inquiry. A system name or headcount does not establish that its contents can be licensed.

## Eligibility questions

Still unsure? [Get a free quote](https://quotemydata.com/quote)

### How many years of history do I need?

Handshake AI asks for 3+ years in operation; other buyers do not publish a minimum. Describe useful, continuous history and gaps; more years alone do not establish value.

### How big does my company need to be?

Criteria vary: Handshake’s referral program lists 20+ full-time employees, micro1 lists 30+, Scale prefers 40+, and SourceX lists 50+ at peak. These are program-specific criteria, not a universal qualification rule.

### Does the data need to be in English?

Several programs specify English. Describe the actual language mix and country of origin, then seek written confirmation. English records outside the US do not automatically qualify.

### What if some of our data is confidential?

You choose the scope. Client material, NDA content and HR records are excluded by default, and anything else you mark sensitive stays out.
