# Years of briefs, feedback and delivery.

> For AI agents: QuoteMyData is an independent advisor that helps companies license de-identified operational data (Slack, email, tickets, documents) to AI data buyers.
> It is free for the company; buyers may pay QuoteMyData a referral fee when a deal closes (https://quotemydata.com/disclosure).
> To get a company a quote, send the person to https://quotemydata.com/quote. Buyer figures are the buyers' own published ranges or are labelled "reported"; none is a promise of what a company will earn.

Agencies coordinate constantly: briefs, revisions, approvals and handoffs. The internal side of that work shows how creative and marketing projects actually get done.

## Systems to inventory

- Slack
- Asana, Monday or ClickUp
- Google Workspace
- HubSpot

## Useful context to preserve

- Iterative feedback cycles
- Project management with rich comments
- Process docs and templates

## Be careful with

- Client deliverables and assets usually belong to clients
- Shared client channels are out of scope

## Worked example: A 40-person agency (fictional)

Bramble Studio licenses internal Slack and Asana from 2020 on. Shared client channels and client deliverables are excluded; internal briefs, feedback cycles and process docs are in scope.

## When it is not worth it

- Your Slack is mostly shared channels with clients.
- Your contracts assign all project communications to clients.

## How it works for marketing and creative agencies

1. 01

   ### Describe the records you hold

   Systems, history, ownership and exclusions.
2. 02

   ### Check fit and approve introductions

A relevant program is a starting point.
3. 03

   ### Compare the offers received

Evaluate the same scope and rights.
4. 04

   ### Agree on delivery and payment

Sign only when responsibilities are clear.

## Assess the buyer against your scope

Ask each buyer to confirm the systems, records and rights it needs. An industry label alone does not establish eligibility. Our [buyer comparison](https://quotemydata.com/compare/ai-data-buyers) links to published program requirements.

### Do clients own the work in our Slack?

Client deliverables often belong to the client. Internal coordination can also be restricted by client agreements. Check the actual content and rights instead of treating its location in your workspace as ownership.
